We get back to Langhe – Piedmont countryside once again to tell you about Emanuela and Andrea\u2019s wedding day. Emanuela and Andrea are two nice Italian guys who decided to tie the knot in the very heart of Langhe: Barolo village.<\/p>\n

This is the first time on our blog that we tell you about Barolo village<\/strong>. It is a lovely village located in the very heart of Langhe region.
\nIt is a small yet very famous village close to La Morra, Barbaresco, Monforte d\u2019Alba, Bra and Alba.
\nIt can be reached easily from Turin and Milano Malpensa airports.
\nVery famous and precious Barolo wine takes its name from this village.
\nIt is just here that Nebbiolo grapes<\/strong> are cultivated creating one of Italian greatest wine: Barolo wine.
\nThe village is surely amazing. It is located on top of a vine hill with a stunning view over the vineyards.<\/p>\n

In the very center of the village there is a wonderful Castle.
\nBarolo castle was built around 1200 with defense purposes. After some years it was purchased by Falletti Family of Barolo<\/strong>. The castle still has their name.
\nThe castle today is town hall property and it can be a very special setting for legal civil ceremonies.
\nIt could be a wonderful option for your legal civil ceremony in Langhe and Piemonte Countryside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Emanuela and Andrea opted for a Catholic ceremony in the church of Barolo<\/strong> which is located just side of Barolo Castle. You can see the entrance of the Castle in the pictures taken just outside the church.<\/p>\n

Emanuela wore a wonderful wedding dress! She chose a short wedding dress!<\/strong> What a fresh, cute and original idea! She was absolutely stunning. Very natural and surely chic.
\nSame as her small wedding bouquet with white lysianthus and baby\u2019s breath all around them.
\nIt perfectly matched floral decorations in the church and flowers at the reception.<\/p>\n

After a fun getting ready with family and friends Emanuela and Andrea reached the church.
\nSome friends reach it riding a Vespa. Emanuela reached on a vintage Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto<\/strong>, famous car of The Graduate movie with a young Dustin Hoffman<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A touching ceremony in the wonderful church of Barolo<\/strong> village and then a great sendoff! A lot of rice on newlyweds!
\nRice is a special tradition on Italian weddings. It is a must that cannot miss as it brings luck to new husband and wife!<\/p>\n

A group picture outside the church and then a very special set for Emanuela and Andrea\u2019s wedding photos.
\nThey decided to visit WiMu Wine Museum in Barolo<\/strong> and use it as wonderful background for their wedding photos.
\nAtmosphere inside the museum is just magical\u2026 ancient details are mixed with modern decorations and lights.
\nA great choice for very original wedding photos!<\/p>\n

Country pictures could not miss! Before reaching their guests at the reception venue Andrea and Emanuela stopped in some of the most beautiful locations around the vines in Langhe close to Barolo village.

For their reception Emanuela and Andrea choose an amazing venue in Barolo<\/strong>.
\nSo all guests could reach it easily without many transfers.
\nThis venue is one of the best restaurants in the area.
\nIt is located on top of Barolo vines hills. The building is dated back to 1600 ant it was recently renewed to be a fine restaurant with some rooms in B&B treatement.
\nIt can be perfect for wedding receptions or even for smaller celebratory meals for countryside elope weddings<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

The restaurant has a wonderful terrace overlooking the vines<\/strong> where aperitif and seated meal to follow will be served.
\nEmanuela and Andrea fell in love with this venue and decided that it was the right one!
\nFine food, great Piemonte wines and of course Barolo wine were served until the party started.<\/strong><\/p>\n
