Sarah and David<\/strong> decided to tie the knot in Langhe, wonderful Piemonte countryside<\/strong> almost in the same days when this area was inserted in the UNESCO World Heritage<\/a> Listing.
\nAs all our readers know, Langhe Piemonte Countryside is well known for its wonderful landscape made of never-ending vines hills.
\nGentle hills here produce amazing wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Barbera. You should taste them at least once in lifetime!
\nWe cannot forget about food<\/strong>! Piemonte cuisine is delicious<\/strong>. It is made of natural and local tasty ingredients that are perfectly blended with wines you will drink.<\/p>\n

Sarah and David decided to get married in Langhe because they know the area very well.
\nThey ofter come over for short vacations.
\nThey opted for an intimate wedding with close family and friends in this countryside paradise.<\/p>\n

For their civil ceremony in Langhe<\/strong> they chose little village of La Morra<\/strong>.
\nLa Morra is located close to Alba and Bra, main towns of Langhe region.
\nIt has very ancient origins. It has been established in 1200 on top of a hill overlooking Langhe area.
\nIt is set right in Barolo vines and people from all over the world come here to taste truffles<\/strong> what Piemonte people call the Red-Gold: Barolo wine itself!
\nLa Morra is a living village but it still well kept as it was in ancient times.
\nThe best location in the village is the so-called Belvedere<\/em>. it is a sort of town balcony overlooking an amazing skyline of vine hills and Alps.<\/p>\n

It is just here where La Morra town hall<\/strong> is located.
\nSarah and David celebrated their union in this special setting.
\nThe town hall building has been built in 1765. Interiors are very rustic with wooden ceiling and stone stairs.<\/p>\n

Sarah style perfectly matched simple but elegant atmosphere with her white flowers themed wedding dress a simple hairdo and a perfumed bouquet made of roses, lilac lysianthus, sage and rosemary.<\/p>\n

After a moving intimate civil ceremony in the town hall, Sarah and David took the chance to have some wonderful pictures in La Morra village<\/strong> and most of all on its Belvedere terrace overlooking vines<\/strong>. Estella Lanti<\/a> did a great job, don\u2019t you think so?<\/p>\n

A rustic little aperitif was served in a local traditional winery<\/strong> of the village, then some family portraits and all were ready for the celebratory meal.<\/p>\n

We got back to a venue we love for this intimate reception<\/strong>.
\nWe have been here in occasion of Claudine and John\u2019s wedding<\/a> last year.
\nDo you remember it?
\nIt is a wonderful restaurant located in a building dated back to 1931<\/strong>. It was a former Asylum. A small entrance that leads to a wonderful wide room with wooden floor that overlooks over a breathtaking view over vines and Alps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A long table in the middle of the charming room of the restaurant was waiting for Sarah and David\u2019s party. Roses, Lysianthus and Hydrangeas as centrepieces and little favours for guests on it. A delicious meal prepared by famous Michelin starred Chef Maurilio Garola<\/strong> with stunning view over Unesco hills. They couldn\u2019t ask for anything more!<\/p>\n

We left them in this peaceful setting tasting wonderful food, sipping delicious wines and enjoying an amazing view<\/strong>.
\nThey could not chose better venues for an intimate wedding in Langhe<\/strong>.
