I\u2019m really pleased to get back to tell you about Bethany and Sean\u2019s wedding experience in Langhe<\/strong>, Piemonte Countryside.
\nBethany and Sean are two lovely guys coming from US<\/strong>, they are in love with Italy, they love Italian food, wine and amazing countryside landscapes.
\nThey chose Piemonte<\/strong> as they think it is a wonderful unconventional destination for a charming country wedding in Italy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I met them a year an a half prior to their wedding and since the beginning I thought that their ideas were great and we could have planned together a fantastic event and so it was.
\nWe put a lot of efforts and good energy in the project and after one year and a half or planning the result was stunning and we also had the privilege to let a overseas friendship begin.<\/p>\n

The event Bethany and Sean wanted was more than a wedding. They wanted an experience for them and their guests so basing on this we planned a three days event in Langhe<\/strong> – Piemonte Countryside.<\/p>\n

Day one – Welcome Cocktail overlooking Piemonte vine hills of Langhe<\/h2>\n

Once all guests arrived to Langhe area from US<\/strong> and other countries around the world we planned for them a get together event.
\nThe venue we opted for is a lounge restaurant in Monforte d\u2019Alba<\/strong> with a fantastic terrace overlooking Langhe vineyards hills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A easy and fun way to welcome all Bethany and Sean\u2019s wedding guests and offer them a gourmand aperitif with dinner to follow. The occasion was idea to tell everybody about the itinerary on the days showing them also the content of pretty welcome bags<\/strong> we prepared for them. They included a tailor made itinerary booklet, a welcome note from bride and groom and a lot of traditional food goods from Piemonte.<\/p>\n

Day two – A casual Rehearsal Dinner in a Traditional Agriturismo in Langhe<\/h2>\n

For the day before of the wedding Bethany and Sean planned a traditional rehearsal dinner<\/strong>. They actually rehearse their wedding ceremony in the morning, go sightseeing and hiking in the afternoon and meet their guests in a lovely wine agriturismo in Langhe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Agriturismo in Langhe<\/strong> offers a wine experience<\/strong>. As the matter of fact many of them produce their own wine and offer it during the dinners. \u2028So it was at Bethany and Sean\u2019s rehearsal dinner. A wonderful aperitif outdoor overlooking vineyards hills<\/strong> of the property and a delicious meal indoor to enjoy local Piemonte cuisine<\/strong> and of course amazing Piemonte wines<\/strong>.\u2028The occasion was good to have some speeches and fun moments, lots of hugs and smiles for the soon to be husband and wife.<\/p>\n

Bethany and Sean also wanted some wonderful photos in the cellar<\/strong> of property and on the vineyards. What a romantic night!<\/p>\n

Day three – The Wedding Day in Langhe!<\/h2>\n

Everything was ready for the big day!
\nWe set Wedding and Reception venues in Monforte d\u2019Alba<\/strong> a wonderful village in Langhe countryside<\/a> with a fantastic view over the vines.
\nThe hotel Bethany and Sean chose is a pretty boutique hotel villa<\/a> in the heart of the village. They spent here their Italian days and planned here their wedding reception and party.<\/p>\n

We started working for the wedding very early in the morning. Bethany was very detailed about floral and stationary decor so our Team worked hard to make the beauty happen!
\nBethany got ready in the room of the hotel where she stayed and where reception was planned to. Make up artist and hairdresser worked for all bridal party in a wonderful happy atmosphere.
\nOutside in the garden and the gallery of the reception venue floral designer and decor designers<\/strong> worked to create a wonderful country chic mood<\/em>.
\nIn the kitchen amazing Michelin Starred Massimo Camia<\/strong> and his staff was preparing a delicious dinner for all guests.<\/p>\n

\"Wedding<\/a><\/p>\n

In the afternoon all was ready and after a quick refreshment in the garden of the boutique hotel Sean and the guests moved to the close by deconsecrated church where the ceremony. \u2028For the wedding ceremony Bethany and Sean chose a former church walking distance from the hotel. The building that used to be a church is now a exhibition and concerts space. As the matter of fact Monforte d\u2019Alba is also well known for its summer Jazz Festival<\/a>. \u2028Inside the church we arranged wooden chairs and a profusion of olive branches and other greenery with lovely white flowers matching the outdoor decor over the big entrance of the building. It was just stunning!
\nOnce ready Bethany and her bridesmaids walked to the ceremony venue in her amazing wedding dress and holding her country chic bouquet made up of olive leaves and white flowers.<\/p>\n

The ceremony – Wedding in Piemonte countryside<\/h3>\n

Ceremony was incredibly moving. It was performed by two bride and groom\u2019s friends who created for them a very personal and touching ceremony. It was accompanied by a string trio and a trumpet and the sound was great!\u2028At the end of the ceremony bride and groom decided to go out of the church in the Italian way: all guests outside the church tossing them with rice and petals!

Once wedding photos were done in the perfect surrounding of the ceremony venue all the group moved back to the hotel to enjoy a wonderful outdoor aperitif<\/strong> with delicious canap\u00e9s, Piemonte wines and Aperol Spritz.<\/p>\n

At sunset the group moved under the iron gallery in the garden, the so called Galleria delle Ortensie<\/em> (hydrangeas gallery). \u2028The set up was grand! The gallery was decorated with lovely wooden chairs and light grey linen table clothes. As centerpieces olive leaves, white flowers and lot of country greenery.<\/p>\n

Stationary<\/strong> was more than chic, it was superb! All made in precious white paper with a dark blue hand made wax seal and blue ribbon. This was placed all over Bethany and Sean\u2019s stationary wonderfully created by our stationary designer Sandra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Floral designer also hanged flowers on the ceiling of the gallery with lots of fairy lights creating a perfect atmosphere both at day and night.
\nThere were a lot of other details in the garden: candles, wedding signs, flowers all matching the style Bethany wanted.<\/p>\n

Dinner was simply delicious. Michelin starred Chef<\/strong> Massimo Camia prepared all for them including a wonderful naked style wedding cake<\/strong>.
\nAll was accompanied by best Piemonte wines<\/strong> including precious Barbaresco<\/strong> and Barolo<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

After the cutting of the cake<\/strong> in the garden first dances<\/strong> could start under the gallery and lots of fun to follow up to very late at night!
\nThe party was great everybody was incredibly happy… bride and groom were to the moon!<\/p>\n
