It is the second time for us to reach the very top of Mont Blanc with a legal civil ceremony, and we are proud of that!
We were there back in July 2019 with Kajsa and Marcus’ wedding<\/a>, if you remember our past blog posts. That was indeed a snow wedding on a glacier but in Summer!
This time we reached the top of Mont Blanc in Winter just at the beginning of this year. So James and Anne’s wedding was a real Winter Wedding on Mont Blanc<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reaching the roof of Europe – Pointe Helbronner<\/h2>\n\n\n

Anne and James love mountains and winter sports and activities. After reading our stories about the winter weddings<\/a> we planned in the Alps, they connected with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They fell in love with Mont Blanc, and they decided to have their wedding on the very top of it in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So after a crazy wedding planning during a pandemic-ISH time, we made it happen.
Anne and James wanted an intimate and romantic wedding on the roof of Europe. A Winter Wedding on Mont Blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to incredible technological prodigy Skyway<\/strong>, we could reach the very top of Mont Blanc: Point Helbronner at 3466 mt above sea level! Can you imagine? A dream!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skyway Monte Bianco is much more than a cableway. It’s the idea to take the man closer to the mountain and sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cableway is located in Courmayeur, Aosta Valley. So the group started their day just there.Once ready, the small group of fewer than 10 people, including bride and groom, got on the gondola to reach the sky!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trip was worth the experience! It is a fantastic way to see the mountains, snow, and the sky from a different point of view. While it goes up, the gondola turns 360 degrees, so the experience is whole!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Point Helbronner station is the third one. It is a 360-degree view from the circular terrace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The station has different areas, and each of them was used for our unique winter wedding on Mont Blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
