Salom\u00e9 and Jonathan are a beautiful couple coming from France<\/strong>. When I met them, they were still undecided if they wanted to get married in their own country or if having a destination wedding in Italy<\/a>. They ultimately decided on a stunning Jewish wedding in Florence<\/strong>, Tuscany. But let me tell you the whole story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


They knew they loved Tuscany<\/a>, and I suggested wedding venues that could match all their requirements, considering the number of guests they would invite.
We spent the day visiting unique venues, but when we arrived at Villa di Maiano<\/strong> outside Florence, they fell in love with the venue that would become their dreamy wedding venue.<\/p>\n\n\n

A fantastic villa in Tuscany<\/h2>\n\n\n

Villa di Maiano, located in Fiesole<\/strong>, the area on the hills of Florence<\/strong>, has a long and significant cultural and historical legacy. The villa was built in the 15th century and was the residence of a wealthy Florentine family. The estate is a remarkable example of Renaissance architecture, with terraced gardens and various artistic features. It is also known for associating with some of the most renowned figures of the Renaissance, such as the famous artist and sculptor Michelangelo, who often spent time in the villa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Villa di Maiano is known for its association with the Medici family<\/strong>, one of the most powerful families in Florence during the Renaissance period<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The villa was an important center of political and cultural life in Florence, and its influence is still alive today. It is a testament to the importance of preserving cultural and historical heritage and is an example of the city\u2019s rich history and culture.
Not to forget that it has been the setting for a famous movie by James Ivory, \u201cRoom with a view,<\/strong>\u201d a romantic love story between Helena Bonham Carter and Julian Sands.

We planned the Jewish ceremony at the olive garden<\/strong>, beautiful olive trees surrounded the Huppa<\/em>.
The Jewish Huppa<\/strong> is the traditional frame for each Jewish ceremony, and we richly decorated it with flowers in a soft color palette. A long aisle in white felt and a stylish mirror took Salom\u00e9, the bride, to the ceremony.
All the wedding procession came along with an emotional music background.
A Jewish wedding ceremony<\/strong> is a significant event that has held great significance for the Jewish community for centuries. The wedding ceremony reflects the importance of marriage within the faith and demonstrates the couple\u2019s commitment to one another and the religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony begins with the bride and groom standing under a huppah<\/strong>, a canopy that symbolizes their home, while they exchange vows and recite blessings that reaffirm their love and commitment to each other. The ceremony also includes the signing of the ketubah<\/em>, a contract that outlines the obligations of each partner within the marriage, and the traditional breaking of the glass, a reminder of the destruction of the Jerusalem temple. These elements speak to the value that Judaism places on the importance of marriage and its role in creating a strong and unified family. In addition, the ceremony is often seen as a celebration of the couple\u2019s love and a reflection of the faith\u2019s values, providing a meaningful way to mark the start of their new life together.

A fun and joyful Jewish wedding reception in Tuscany<\/h2>\n\n\n

After the ceremony, all guests moved to the Italian garden<\/strong> of the villa for the reception moment. Here they found different corners of typical Italian appetizers<\/strong> such as the cheese corner, the pizza corner, and lots of delicious starters with sparkling wine, spritz, and all types of drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this moment, at sunset, we invited all guests to the terrace, where they found a spectacular atmosphere.
Long tables with rich flower decorations<\/strong>, gold candles, and gold details, a charming soft light, and the background of the talented band coming directly from France enhanced the atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, a Jewish wedding reception<\/strong> is a significant and joyous event. It involves an abundance of religious symbolism, as well as family, friends, and incredible food. It is steeped in thousands of years of cultural and religious tradition, emphasizing two people joining together, as well as being a way to strengthen the bond within the Jewish community. From the crashing of glasses to hoopla and dancing, a Jewish wedding is an experience not to be forgotten, as we will never forget Salom\u00e9 and Jonathan\u2019s stunning Jewish wedding in Florence!<\/p>\n\n\n
